Buhrs to showcase kit developments at Drupa

Buhrs has set out its Drupa stall by showcasing a range of developments to its envelope inserting and poly and paper wrapping systems, including the Buhrs 4000, which now offers 100% faster paper wrapping.

The manufacturer will be celebrating its centenary at this year's event and will be running five Buhrs lines of kit live on its stand.

Equipment refinements on display at the show include a new channel input device for its BB7000 flagship capable of outputting 14,000 products an hour.

Also on show will be a new turning device for its 8,000 speed BB300 envelope inserter and mailroom software capable of monitoring and analysing up to 50 envelope inserting systems at different locations.

Buhrs will also showcase its 4000 Poly and Paper Wrapping System, which is now capable of 100% faster paper wrapping at speeds up to 36,000cph.

Buhrs president Adrian van der Klooster said: "The applications offer concrete proof of the benefits Buhrs lines can deliver by raising net output per hour."

The company will be exhibiting at booth C46 in hall 16 at this year's Drupa, which runs from 29 May to 11 June in Dusseldorf, Germany.
