The Frome-based book printer said it selected the Prism software to replace its incumbent system because of its ability to be tailored to its needs.
BT&D commercial director Toby Culff said: "Our requirements are very specific and a simple 'off-the-shelf' product would not suffice. Prism's capacity to accommodate the variety and complexity of our product offering meant it was the ideal partner."
The company has invested in a full MIS including Kodak Prinergy JDF integration, production scheduling and shopfloor data capture.
Culff said Prism developed a working prototype which gave the company the confidence in the product.
