Karen Mason has been appointed as project delivery director, Emily Rowland becomes client relationship director and Eddie Sheppard takes on the position of operations director.
Mason will be in charge of service delivery across all aspects of Brightsource’s offering including its quality management system and supplier relationships.
Rowland will be the relationship manager on a range of key accounts as well as leading Brightsource’s campaign development team, while Sheppard is charged with delivering ongoing improvement to data, pre-press, web and cross-media services.
Peter Frings, managing director at Brightsource, said: "We’ve grown to £32m turnover in nine years, and these appointments will enable us to continue to grow at the same pace in the future.
"They will also provide the platform for further expansion of our offering, beyond print and postal management, into cross-media communications and consultancy."
