Up to 25 of the 81 employees based at the site could lose their jobs, although the company said it was willing to listen to any counter proposals. An announcement is expected by the end of this month.
However, six new jobs will be created at Brettons Dewsbury site, taking the workforce there to 110.
Chief executive Kevin Herbert said: We are not immune to the pressures evident throughout the industry. That has been coupled with customers in telecoms and financial services experiencing significant difficulties.
From the start of next year the Dewsbury-based operation, Stanley Press, will operate under the Frank Peters brand.
