Clark, who joined BGP as group project director in March 2006, will continue to manage the implementation phase of the company's £26m investment in Bicester and Buckingham over the summer.
BGP chairman and chief executive David Holland said: "I am delighted that Colin is taking over the reins from Peter as we embark on the final stages of our major development and expansion programme."
Langston has had a varied career in business improvement with Virgin, BT and Mars, as well as seven years as a project leader and consultant following distinguished active military service in the Royal Engineers.
