Andrew Stafford (pictured) has been hired as business unit director. He was previously head of marketing implementation at Boots the Chemist. Stafford will be responsible for bezier's on- and off-site Boots account team.
"I previously worked very closely with bezier in setting up a point-of-sale service for Boots," he said.
Stafford added that it was too early to say how the potential merger between the Boots Group and Alliance Unichem would affect the account.
Meanwhile, Nina Butt has joined bezier's Asda account team and will be responsible for managing it from Asda's headquarters. Butt had been an in-store marketing manager with the supermarket before joining bezier.
Bezier's newly launched northern division bluetouch has hired Jules Smith as design and innovation manager. She was previously with Coca-Cola Enterprises. The arm has been set up to develop design services for bezier Wakefield's clients.
