Managing director Lorna Ramsay Vosper said the database would hold all client and prospect information, making it easier to keep track of all business.
Vosper said so far Bergamot had enjoyed a very good year and was now actively looking to recruit.
In terms of new contracts, Vosper said there were currently several irons in the fire, which she hoped would come to fruition.
Predominantly this would be in the UK, but she did not rule out expansion into Europe at some point.
Vosper said the industry had now become more receptive to the idea of print management and outsourcing, a factor noted by the number of players in the sector now.
Bergamot has a turnover of around 20m, and its clients include the likes of BA Holidays, Bonsoir, and Snow + Rock.
