AGS to showcase new additions to its colour solution at PrintPack India

Advanced Graphic Systems (AGS), the authorised exclusive master distributor of X-Rite in India will exhibit most of their products including the new additions at PrintPack 2011, New Delhi.

The company is committed to provide a one-stop colour solution at Hall 12A, Stall 64, which includes a range of products like EasyTrax, SpectroEye, DensiEye 700, EyeOne + iO xy Scanning table along with iC Plate 2 Plate reader. It will also exhibit the newly launched iProfiler profiling software, ink formulation ver. 6, the Print Check and the Press Optimiser software.

Vishnu Kamat, AVP-sales at AGS, said: "Our company is also a distributor for digital information in India, providing ink presets and closed loop ink control systems for all types of presses whether new or old. This completes our press control solution with the EasyTrax and Intellitrax."

"We always felt that we were spending a lot of time in reading colour strips with manual densitometer which lead to higher makeready time. Intellitrax has made our makereadies faster and accurate," said the chief executive of Mumbai-based New Jack Printing Press, Saubhagyanidhi Seksaria. "It keeps checking production sheets on the run."

Nagpur based Vipul Prints installed X-Rite’s Easytrax, a semi-automatic press side scanning spectrophotometer. Vivek Mishra, director at Vipul Prints, said: "With the help of the Easytrax, we can standardise the target value and achieve consistency in print production. Also we are able to set our own standards and win customer satisfaction."

X-Rite is one of the most reliable name in the colour measurement sector. It now includes the design industry’s colour leader ‘Pantone LLC’ to provide innovative colour solutions. "AGS provides a complete sale to service support with the aid of pan-India service and skilled engineers. The company enjoys confidence of the top companies in the print sector," said Kamat.
