Integrated communications provider Adare SEC has signed a three-year contract extension with retailer N Brown Group for the provision of transactional print and hybrid mail services.

N Brown Group designs, sources, and creates own-range and branded fashion and homewares. Its buying and merchandising, marketing, IT, finance, and creative teams are based in Manchester, while its main distribution centre is in Shaw, on the outskirts of Manchester.

Adare SEC has operated as N Brown’s strategic communications partner since 2016, handling the production of the retailer’s volume of customer-facing financial services transactional documents.

“The three-year contract extension is testament to the longstanding partnership between the two businesses, and a recognition of Adare SEC’s work in driving significant financial savings for the retail firm as well as supporting their longer-term customer communication strategy,” Adare SEC stated.

In the past 12 months, Adare SEC has printed over 6.5 million statement packs for N Brown, along with letter and cheque volumes totalling over 9 million pages. 24 million digital images were also captured and fed back into N Brown’s workflows.

Adare SEC is also providing a hybrid mail service for N Brown, enabling the business to route its ad hoc, non-standard letter volume to Adare SEC’s production print systems at its Huddersfield site.

Using this service, N Brown employees can print professional documents from anywhere – whether they are in the office, at home, or on the move. This platform is also capable of handling multichannel communications.

Sheree Mercer-Bowell, director of client operations at Adare SEC, said: “We are delivering operational efficiency, compliance and innovation in support of N Brown’s customer communication vision.

“We look forward to continuing the partnership and working with the N Brown team to take the company’s communications to the next level.”

David Donnelly, head of FS operations at N Brown, added: “We see Adare SEC as a true strategic partner. With their expert support we are committed to driving further excellence across our communications processes – to the benefit of our business and our customers.”

Adare SEC was acquired by omnichannel communications specialist Opus Trust Communications in November 2021.

Opus Trust Communications subsequently rebranded as Adare SEC last summer, taking the name and branding of the business it acquired as it looked to “reimagine customer communications”.
