Q&A: Callum Shaw Apprentice, The Website Leeds

19 year-old Callum is marking his second year in print with something of a celebration, having been awarded PrintWeek Trainee of the Year. When not working on achieving his greatest ambition he can be found pursuing sporting diversions including rugby, golf and going to the gym.

What is your nickname? 

The guys on the press call me Spunky or Young Spunk

Why did you get into printing? 

My uncle worked in a printing company and often talked about his work. As a child growing up, I always got the impression he really enjoyed his job and so I wanted to have that too

What would be your dream job?

I’d want to be a footballer

A Goss M600
