60 seconds with Lollipop Print

Lollipop’s roots can be traced back almost 25 years under the name of Document Options, which was started in a boarding house in Brighton. As the business evolved, new premises were acquired and the range of services grew. Managing director Richard Entecott (pictured) introduced the Lollipop Print brand in 2013 to better distinguish the printing and document management divisions.

Where are you based? We have two print shops, in Brighton and Crawley

How many staff do you have? About 15

What does your firm do? Litho, digital and wide-format print including stationery, marketing materials, promo gifts and building wraps. We also offer a design and marketing service so that we can be the one-stop shop for our customers

What’s your typical customer? Everyone from SMEs to individuals with small print and scanning jobs 

Which geographic areas do you serve, local, national international? Mostly the south of England but also nationally

Which markets do you serve? Our diverse client base includes every market imaginable

What’s your USP? We pride ourselves on offering a truly personal service and the best print quality possible. We also give out free lollipops with every completed job!

What’s your company’s motto? If you can think it, we can print it. We believe nothing should stop you from getting your message out 

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years? The continued growth of the brand and our loyal client base

Where do you see your business in five years’ time? We would like to see Lollipop grow bigger and move into new markets

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit? Anything chocolate. We also have a favourite sweet – lollipops of course!
