The Welshpool, Powys-based firm’s three staff – general manager Joshua Weaver, marketing manager Dean Jones and secretary Jade Turner – will participate in the Lake Vyrnwy Bikeathon and hope to raise £1,000 on behalf of the cancer charity. 

The event, which will take place on 7 June, is held annually and is now in its 18th year. It takes place on a 25-mile circuit that circumnavigates the lake located in the Mid-Wales countryside. Together the participants and organisers have managed to raise £170,000 for the charity.

Weaver said: “We are incredibly excited for this year's Bikeathon. Not only will it give me an excuse to do some exercise, but it is also a fantastic opportunity to contribute & raise money for a truly worthy cause.”
