The deal to acquire the West Yorkshire-based company was signed on 28 August and will create a £45m-turnover web offset business with around 370 staff.

The purchase will boost Garnett Dickinson Group's web-offset and digital print offering and extend its services in mailing and UV cover printing.

TMG, which specialises in online and print publishing, is the parent company of motoring website and magazine Auto Trader and also owns Warrington-based printer Apple Web Offset.
