The AlphaGraphics franchise is owned by GA Pindar & Son, and the operation is up for sale as KPMG realises the group’s assets. AlphaGraphics is not in administration.
The management team is rumoured to be working on a buyout plan, although other parties may be interested in the business, including the large US quickprint chains.
At the conference AlphaGraphics unveiled its new brand identity and logo. Its old strapline "design copy print communicate" has been replaced with "increase your reach".
