The printer can print on substrates as big as 3.12m x 1.6m and up to 50mm thick, at speeds of 250sqm an hour. It can be used to print single- or double-sided items on a variety of media. Fujifilm Sericol said it was useful for point-of-sale materials, exhibition graphics, backlit and frontlit displays and outdoor signage printing.

The latest addition to the Onset range is aimed at printers who want the flexibility of the Onset S70 – which was also on show at FESPA – but do not require the same capacity.

Tudor Morgan, European graphic marketing manager at Fujifilm Sericol, said printer could change the way in which they do business forever.
