The manufacturer signed Rotary Technology Partnership to exclusively distribute its products in Thailand last year and was swiftly rewarded with the fastest ever sale of an Edale Alpha Press to Bangkok-based label printer EVA.

The two companies have now extended their agreement so that Rotary Technology Partnership will also distribute Edale products in Indonesia.

Edale promoted its products alongside Rotary Technology Partnerships at Indonesian printing, packaging and plastics exhibition Indopack last month.

Edale managing director James Boughton said: "Before heading out to the show, we were not sure what to expect, having never had any agent support in Indonesia previously, but both Tony and I were pleasantly surprised by the positive reaction we received to the Edale products, and specifically the enquiries relating to potential packaging machine projects."
