BPIF Central Business Centre in Coventry is hosting one-day introduction courses on team working and leading. The course targets people aiming to be leaders or who have leader or administrative roles, as well as those responsible for people or monitoring their work. The course covers how the leader role differs from that of a manager. It looks at communication and body language, leadership styles, motivation, autonomy and team roles and building rapport.
