The company announced a franchise model for the photo business in the name of "Photo Orange." The franchise is open to a pan India network of photographers with exciting offers.
Printwell Offset's managing director Pravin Patel said: "We aim to fundamentally increase our customer base by leveraging the business to business (B2B) market of the professional photographers in Gujarat and other parts of India. We will also explore the prospect of business-to-consumer (B2C) photo print market segment."
Printwell Offset was established in 1992 in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It operates from two printing units based in Ahmedabad with over 100 employees and 15,000 sqft area.
The company has invested Rs 5-cr for commercial printing development among which Rs 2-cr is for digital. Printwell is under preparation to relocate to a new setup of 22,000 sqft space with double the production capacity by next year with new equipment.
The company is looked after by Patel's brothers, Bhavesh and Harshad Patel and his son Dwipal Patel.
Printwell has an independent graphic design services company established in August 2009, Orange Tree Digital Communication, which gives traction to its commercial and digital operations.
The Indian distributors of Taopix, Paper Idea's director Anuj Mehta, said: "Printwell is led by a dynamic mix of three generations. The management advanced its diversification plans to retain its competitive edge complementary to its current operations."

With the Photo Orange franchise network and exclusive alliance with Bluedart courier services, Printwell claims to deliver prints in 24 hours within Gujarat and 48 hours in rest of India.
