Visual Print and Design has added three new members to its team and promoted a fourth internally as demand for its print and design services continues to grow.

At the start of September, Graham Grant joined the Lincoln-headquartered business as creative graphic designer and, with the help of the government’s Kickstart scheme, Kye Sparks came on board as operations assistant.

In October, Cassandra Taylor joined as finance assistant and, to help implement the company’s growth plans, Rachael Hunt was promoted to head of marketing and business development after two years as marketing manager.

A recipient of one of The Printing Charity’s Rising Star Awards earlier this year, Hunt has been integral for growing the company’s customer base within the public sector and expanding its services beyond the East Midlands over the last two years.

She said: “It was an absolute honour to be offered the role of head of marketing and business development at Visual Print and Design.

“We’re starting to see the print industry bouncing back after being hit badly by the pandemic. What I'm enjoying in my new role is being able to support various new customers by improving the results of their print marketing as well as making it more sustainable.”

Graham Grant, who has over 20 years of experience producing designs for national and local brands, has recently moved to Lincolnshire. He brings to the team his ability to develop strategic and creative concepts that work across both print and digital mediums.

The operations assistant and finance assistant roles are newly created by the company, which now has nine staff in total with a 10th joining later this month.

New operations assistant Kye Sparks is getting hands-on experience working in production and increasing output for quick turnaround digital print, large-format, and promotional merchandise orders.

Finally, new finance assistant Cassandra Taylor has joined on a part-time basis to assist with bookkeeping and payroll and ensure accounts are kept up-to-date.

In July the company appointed a new business manager, Sam Reid, to help it identify new opportunities across the UK and develop client relationships.

Visual Print and Design also has an office in Scotland and offers services including marketing material, corporate stationery, publications, direct mail, exhibition displays, and branded merchandise.
