The Stationers’ Company has extended the entry deadline for its 2022 Warrants scheme, which is designed to herald excellence within the print and communication industries.

The Warrants scheme is open to any business in the industry sectors covered by the Stationers' remit, including print and packaging, regardless of whether the business or its principals are members of the livery company.

However, the submissions must relate to a standout product or service, which can be new or established, and companies may enter and submit multiple applications.

The extended entry deadline is Tuesday 30 November.

Warrants Committee chair Chris Geer said: “Following the challenging times of the last 18 months, we continue to see many companies providing products and services beyond their usual remit.

“As in 2021, we believe that this year again, more than ever before, those businesses should be recognised for the quality products and services they offer. Warrants are important in highly-competitive markets, as they offer the holder a valuable USP.”

The Warrants are granted based on a set of criteria including original design, high production quality, effective use of materials, sustainability, and industry/market relevance.

Current Warrant holders include: Baddeley Brothers, Brown Fox, Downey, EO Group, Incontrol Marketing, The Jolly Savage Company, PrintIQ, Renz UK, Two Sides, and Victor Stationery.

The 2022 winners will be announced in December, with two representatives of each organisation invited to attend a special event early next year to receive their warrant.
