A recently refurbished facility between the beautiful mountains and sea of the west Wales coast

How many staff do you have?
86 staff employed across all disciplines

What does your firm do?
We are focused on short to medium-length runs of high-quality catalogues, journals, educational workbooks, magazines and books

What’s your typical customer?
They range from substantial science, technical and medical publishers through auction house catalogue producers, international establishments and independent magazine publishers

Which regions do you serve?
To the surprise of many, over 80% of our work comes from UK regions
outside Wales

What’s your USP?
Because of our investment and training in fast makereadies our sweet spot is definitely in shortish-run high-pagination high-quality colour

What’s your company’s motto?
‘Our aim is to achieve customer satisfaction through fulfilling customer requirements first time every time’

What kit do you run?
From 10-colour B1 to HP digital, and a full range of finishing kit in-house

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years?
Recovery after the floods in June 2012

Where do you see the business in five years’ time?
Even slicker and more profitable

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit?
Welsh cakes – all right, it’s not a biscuit, but it had to be Welsh!
