More than 400 people have already signed up to the event, which features a series of online keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking opportunities and a virtual exhibition.

“We’ve tapped into a real industry demand for practical insights to tackle the future; world’s best speakers from across Europe, East and West Coast US and Australia adding weight to the BPIF, BOSS and CDI responses to Covid,” said Robert McClements, Creative Digital Industries (CDI) president and VMC founder.

The seventh iteration of the event, and the first virtual edition, has been curated under the theme of 'Future Focus' and features speakers including CBI director of innovation and digital Felicity Burch, Institute of Directors director general Jonathan Geldart, and James Sommerville, founder of creative network Known Unknown, who is former VP global design at The Coca-Cola Company.

Other sessions include live panel discussions on topics ranging from “Digital Re-imagining”, “The Future of Business Supplies” and a number of sessions on the impact of Covid-19 on the industry.

The BPIF is also hosting its annual review, which will feature a panel discussion with the three principals of the recently created Precision ProCo Group, Jon Bailey, Gary Peeling and Jon Tolley, speaking about their vision for the business.

“This is a real ‘virtual’ opportunity for the industry to come together, reinforcing the spirit of shared values, collaboration and mutual support that we are feeling from speakers, sponsors and the 400 (and rising) registrations of attendees – we’re looking forward to tomorrow,” said McClements.

The event features multiple streams and runs from 9am to 5.30pm tomorrow (16 September), and with a single sign-up attendees can dip in out and out of sessions.
