Coater and laminator manufacturer Drytac has launched its latest range of aqueous and UV-coating equipment.

New machines included in the Versacoater range are the PhotoMate, PressMate, DocuMate XL and UV, AFC Liquid Coater and Photo Coater.

According to the company, the new equipment is aimed at the flatbed inkjet printers, digital print-on-demand presses and photo printers as well as operators of fine art studios. Formats range from 3.2m down to copy machine size.

Drytac claimed the Documate UV has garnered the most interest, particularly with copy shops and printers. It features a compact footprint and compatibility with photo, litho and digital press output.

Also drawing attention is the PhotoMate UV which can produce textured and sheen finishes on rigid or flexible coated media.
