Where are you based? 

Ellison Printing started life in Oswaldtwistle but have been at our current site in Rishton, Blackburn, Lancashire for over 40 years

How many staff do you have? 

We have 11 members of staff, all committed individuals. A great team to work with

What does your firm do? 

We print litho, digital and wide-format including company stationery, NCR work, marketing materials, promo gifts and exhibition stands

What’s your typical customer? 

As most of our work is bespoke we don’t have a typical customer as such. We produce commercial and promotional print and design for SMEs and trade customers. We also have a Parking Division that produces parking discs, permits and scratchcards

Which geographic areas do you serve? 

We have clients from the tip of Scotland to the depths of Cornwall and deliver across the water too

What’s your company’s motto/mission statement? 

If we say we’ll do it, we’ll do it! We’re the only printer you’ll ever need

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years? 

Winning a North West Business Award. That and remaining strong through the recession

Where do you see your business in five years’ time? 

Going from strength to strength, incorporating diversification to keep pace with the changing market

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit? 

Chocolate Hobnobs! They’re only a very occasional treat though
