Automation taken to a new level: every Fusion Speed inserting system now comes with the smart BOXIT postal tray system.
Automation taken to a new level: every Fusion Speed inserting system now comes with the smart BOXIT postal tray system.

The ideal solution for one person operation, the BOXIT postal tray system is now included as standard in the Fusion Speed system free of charge making it the most advanced automated mail inserter available in the market.

Augsburg based Bowe Group is one of the world’s leading suppliers of smart automation in mail insertion and sorting technology and has recently enhanced its flagship Fusion Speed insertion machine with an innovative BOXIT module allowing end of line automation for collecting and boxing of mail, improving productivity and reducing labour levels in customer’s high speed insertion lines.

The Fusion Speed is already a high specification mail insertion machine offering top speeds of up to 30,000 envelopes per hour with format capability from DL to C5. The Fusion series innovative Flow-Principle inserting technology means that complex formats and enclosures can be handled non-stop in an extremely stable and reliable production flow.

The Fusion series is also a highly modular design meaning that customers can scale their investment according to their budget and as production volumes grow. An example being modular upgrades to insertion feeders from 3 to 12 units as well as auto paper feed and guillotine units.

The modular nature also allows offline servicing meaning that customers can simply swap out spare units in a matter of minutes reducing downtime allowing them to maintain availability and throughput.

Fusion’s advanced BOWE ONE control software allows full mail room automation and Industry 4.0 control features allowing real time dashboard controls and data analysis functions to optimise your production mail insertion processes.

BOXIT postal tray filling system makes working on the world’s fastest inserting system easier and more efficient

BOXIT is the latest upgrade in 2022 to the technology of the Fusion Series and is now included in the specification free of charge. Combining a unique stacking technology, the our new BOXIT postal tray system allows customers to automatically fill their mail trays enabling full scale automation of the production process.

With its two-tier principle, BOXIT enables a continuous production flow throughout the inserting process: empty postal trays are fed in at the top while full trays are removed at the bottom

BOWE UK’s Sales Director, Andy Wain said: “There really is nothing in the market that can touch the speed and performance of the Fusion Speed and as a market leading brand, BOWE is focused on delivering a complete automation solution to our customers.

"When customers own a Fusion Speed, they report fantastic increases in production output and will never go back to lower performing brands and machine models.

"BOXIT is yet another example from BOWE of our ability to innovate and enhance our customers productivity and performance.“
