Steve Brown joins the merchants Birmingham branch as sales and customer support executive from Premier Paper.
Kevin Smith, who previously worked for Antalis, joins the Bognor Regis branch, while Sadie Cumpsty joins the sales, support and distribution team in Luton from print management company APS.
"These appointments show that the future is looking good and that we are continuing to grow," said sales and marketing director Rob Morris.
York & Ford was founded in 1986 and has a turnover of 40m.
