Wallpaper hand-printer Cole & Son, which produced the paper for Lord Irvines apartments, has been sold for 3m.
Design company Karen Beauchamp bought the firm from Walker Greenbank after a year of negotiations. Cole & Son will return to its historic Islington factory after being moved to Loughborough in April.
