The GPMU has condemned what it has described as smear tactics used by Amazon.co.uk in Bedford ahead of a ballot on union recognition next week.
The company has distributed leaflets claiming that union members receive 2 worth of representation for their 200 of dues.
Peter Lockhart, GPMU Ouse Valley branch organiser, said the union had fought for recognition for almost a year. The firms 300-plus employees vote on recognition on 12 and 13 September.
He said: The leaflets are very misleading theyre hysterical.
Amazon was unavailable for comment as PrintWeek went to press.
