The firm, behind Channel 4 shows Risking It All and Supernanny, would like to hear from medium-sized firms with between 50-200 employees with a low or non-existent level of trade union membership to be involved in the project titled "Unionise Me".
The aim of the show is to investigate the questions: "Are workplaces without independent collective representation necessarily more productive and profitable?" and "Is it possible that a company in which the workforce is responsibly represented by a trade union could be more productive, profitable and robust, able to weather change better than its competitors?"
