Managing director Chris Hopwood said the version would be officially launched at the Independent Print Industries Association (IPIA) Print for Business show.

Print for Business is held on 6-7 October at the International Centre in Telford.

Hopwood said the latest version would include three new elements: a project management module, instant pricing and reverse auctioning.

The aim for equator was to make it the total one-stop shop package, he said.

The project management module will drive the critical path of a job, working back from deadline date to incorporate all elements to be undertaken.

Instant pricing will assess the total costs of a job, from paper to print, using information input by the end-user on their supplier database.
