"We're aiming to be long-term owners," said Tressanda managing director Chris Wrigley. "What as a firm had too much debt and overhead is fundamentally sound and profitable."
Tressanda, a Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire-based litho printer, which also owns screen printing operation Salvoscreen, bought the firm last Thursday (7 April) for an undisclosed sum.
In the short-term the firm is looking at bringing back some of the 12 employees that the administrator, Menzies Corporate Restructuring, laid off from the original company's 60 staff.
