The machine is available with a 12in or 15in display and features a USB interface, allowing networking from the guillotine system to either the office or other guillotines. It is also available in three levels of programmability.

According to TCS, it has also been restyled to improve its ergonomics.

It now features five-valve Wessel hydraulics, as well as optional material-handling systems, which managing director Chris Cooper claimed could increase productivity by 30%.

He said: "The CCM Premier Plus is the next-generation guillotine for increased productivity."
