Targetcolour is looking for UK printers to trial ICS's products and claims to have had interest from three major magazine print groups interested in its remote press passing tool Press OK.
Press OK scans printed press sheets and can then send a colour managed image of the sheet for remote approval, avoiding the need or customers to travel to the print site to sign off a job.
ICS's flagship product Remote Director is a component in Vio's colour ad submission tool Vio Certified Soft Proofing, which is used by 75 firms supplying ads to Associated Newspapers and the Telegraph.
Remote Director can also be used to provide a press side contract soft proof for minders to match to.
