Greenleaf said there was a lot of synergy between the two companies, with LHM Print being a former supplier to his London-based firm. Further acquisitions would not be ruled out, he added.
Bespoke printed envelope manufacturer Surrey Envelopes was formed in 1991, has 40 employees, and sales of 5.8m.
Its clients include BBC, Hewlett-Packard and Renault Cars.
