The firm is on schedule to relocate to the 4.5-acre Washington, Tyne-and-Wear site - which is only five minutes away from its existing facility - in January.
MAN engineers are currently assembling the UV four colour plus coater press, which arrived two weeks ago and is expected to be fully-commissioned by Christmas.
"The arrival of such a sophisticated piece of equipment to our new facility signals our intention to raise the bar in terms of customer service by housing the very latest digital, screen and litho technology," said managing director Mark Simpson.
The firm has ordered the world's first platesetter that images and punches simultaneously, a Lscher Xpose! 190, to feed the huge litho press.
