Targeted at producers of billboards, truck side curtains and a host of flexible outdoor media, the AquaSeal SW3300 can coat substrates up to 3.3m wide at a speed of up to 3m/min.
The machine has a unique encoder on the front idler that measures substrate speed to guarantee accuracy. It also boasts an AccuCure system, which according to the firm senses the surface temperature of the substrate, regulating the unit's speed to offer the optimum adhesion.
The SW3300 is controlled via an LCD touch-screen panel, and has an automated infrared curing system and segmented heaters to save energy laminating narrow products.
The laminator has been engineered to provide improved take-up and unwind of both fan-folded and roll-fed products and also boasts auto sensing of end-of-roll.
