Walstead said it was planning to reduce the size of its Walstead York operation and began a 30-day consultation with workers at the site... Agfa lodged a patent infringement case against luxury fashion house Gucci, related to inkjet printing onto leather... Paul Christopher Barker, the director of PB Signs Ltd, based in Wetherby, was banned from directorships for five years for misuse of taxpayer-backed Covid loan support. PB Signs went into liquidation in September 2021, leaving a total deficiency of £162,828 and with both loans unpaid... Domino Printing Sciences bolstered its digital printing inks capacity with a £6.6m upgrade to its Liverpool plant... Launceston-based KCS Print laid claim to becoming the first British label printer to be B Corp certified... Former print boss Grant Schapps was appointed to his fifth cabinet position within the space of a year, taking on the role of Defence Secretary. Shapps is the majority shareholder in London design and printing business Printhouse Corporation...
