Nearly 10% of the 700 staff at Fields Bradford plant have voluntarily taken redundancy after the company announced downsizing measures in January.
Marketing services manager Bob Houghton said around 60 jobs would go "to maintain efficiency and because of factors such as competition and the strength of sterling".
The Bradford plant contains three operations on one site: tobacco packaging, confectionery and alcoholic drinks packaging, and tubes.
