The National Magazine Company title, published in both standard and handbag formats, was printed and perfect-bound at Polestar Chantry with a print run of more than 700,000. The massive magazine features a four-page cover.

NatMags group manufacturing director Alice Beattie said: "Polestar Chantry has pulled out all the stops. We are extremely pleased with the end result."

Polestar holds the contract to print Cosmo and other NatMags titles until 2010, after it was renewed last year.
