Polestar has joined the PricewaterhouseCoopers e.conomy procurement system, giving it access to 400 members, including Admiral Insurance and Superdrug.
Corporate Express, Npower and Kelly UK are among the other suppliers.
"We have been given an opportunity to become the preferred print supplier of more than 400 companies, many of whom will be looking to streamline their purchasing and save costs," said Edwin van Dijk, managing director of Polestar-Online.
"Although exclusivity is not guaranteed, we are confident that our experience and expertise will allow us to offer the best, most cost-effective solution to almost every printing need."
E.conomy purchasing manager Patrick Goshawk said Polestars entry into the scheme had "quickly generated interest among our members".
Polestar has set up a website for e.conomy members that enables Polestar to receive enquiries, submit quotations and deliver price guidelines.
Kall Kwik has also joined e.conomy to provide print, design and copying services.
E.conomy focuses on indirect goods and services.
