From May, the Gwent-based magazine printer will give 1 to the fund for every one of the 400 quotes it produces each month.
The company plans to give a proportion of its profits to charity and organise more fund-raising events, the details which have yet to be finalised.
A new team will meet in June to decide which charities to support and the type of events to run.
Chief executive Tony Jones said he hoped the project would serve as a model for other print companies. "I would encourage anyone to get involved in this," Jones said. "With a bit of imagination, most organisations could make a difference. If more companies took this attitude it would make a big difference."
