Oc (UK) is relocating its head office from Loughton, Essex, to the City of London over the next few months.
UK managing director Mike Cornish said 70 staff, mostly from sales and service, would start moving to the site near Leadenhall Market in April or May.
The other 230 head office staff working in functions like administration, finance and telesales will remain at Loughton for about two years before transferring to another site in the Epping or Dunmow area.
Oc directors will be based at the London offices, which will also include hot desks for other UK staff.
Cornish said the London location would suit Ocs strategy as it was close to investors and many major customers and prospective customers.
He anticipated no redundancies from the move.
