What trend do you think 2012 will be remembered for?

Without doubt the continued advancement in digital flatbed technology which I have continued to embrace!


What do you think will represent the single biggest opportunity for printers in 2013 and why?

"Online" opportunities for print for those with clever minds creating print based revenue streams.

What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2013 and why?

I cannot see a threat, printers should adapt to visionary thinking by investing in the technology available.

What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2013?

Create revenue streams with products online, if you continue to think like a printer you will not progress.

What was your highlight of 2012?

Due to sheer hard work as a team at Wallace I have been able to adhere to my original investment plan where my adversaries have only continued to tick over!

What are your hopes for 2013?

To continue to grow the company by embracing the sea of opportunity created by digital flatbed investment.

What was the most important thing that you learnt in 2012?

Keeping a vice like grip on debtors and as a consequence maintaining a strong cash flow, the blood line of any business

What will you do differently in 2013?

Can’t give away my secrets to those with no imagination!
