The company will demonstrate its Mailroom Production Control (MPC), a modular system offering simple imports of job data to the Windows-based system and customised controls.

A Muller spokesman highlighted the system's flexibility, which allows changes to be made during production, and real-time visualisation of the production processes. The Swiss mailroom group declined to reveal a price for the system, but said that the cost "depends on the configuration".

Three orders have already been taken for the MPC from overseas newspaper producers, with installations planned for the end of the year.
