MSO chief executive Dominic Walsh said that label plant Hannibal was the "jewel in the crown" at TP8. The division is based in Leicester and has a turnover of 6m. All 58 staff will remain at the firm.
MSO bought Storey Evans last week and was in negotiations to buy the former Boxstar division.
Hannibal was bought from administrator UHY Hacker Young. Other TP8 divisions Broadleys and Jowetts remain in administration.

Packaging firm MSO Group has made its second acquisition in a week by completing a deal for TP8 division Hannibal.
