William Davenport and Danny Worley had their petition granted last Wednesday (9 July) at Birmingham County Court. International law firm Watson, Farley & Williams was a supporting creditor.
The Official Receiver has been appointed to liquidate MPH, the acquisition vehicle used by Nicholas Humes in his bid to build a print and packaging group. He was a director of Newey Print, which was hit by a successful winding-up petition two weeks ago (PrintWeek, 10 July).
Attempts to contact Humes were unsuccessful as PrintWeek went to press.
