Morris, who will continue to have board responsibility for the companys facilities management activities, will be succeeded by Joe Clark, who will assume the role of director of print, distribution and circulation sales, extending his current role of circulation director.
Guardian Newspapers IT director Derek Gannon will assume the role of operations director.
However, Morris will be involved in Guardian Newspapers printing strategy.
