Three more print tenders requiring a range of services from across the industry have gone live.

The BFI (British Film Institute) has a varied requirement for printed material. The delivery of this is currently managed through one key supplier by its Creative Services team.

It is seeking proposals from suppliers who can meet its requirements in full.

With a value said to range from £600 to £1m, the tender will close at 12pm on 27 July 2023. The contract will then start on 1 November 2023 and end on 31 October 2026.

Additional information on how to apply for this contract, and contact details for the buyer, are available via the government’s Contracts Finder service.

Also posted on Contracts Finder, Cheshire East Borough Council needs a supplier for garden waste permits.

A unitary authority with 185,000 households, all properties within the area are offered a wide range of recycling options including garden waste.

The council is now bringing in a charge for garden waste and, as part of this service, the system will require permits for the residents who subscribe to the service. The council requires the design, printing, and posting of the permits to residents who subscribe.

“The supplier will be required to provide a fully managed end to end [service] for the production and distribution of garden waste permits which residents will receive once payment has been received through the council’s subscription solution,” the council stated.

The estimated overall value of the contract is £400,000 to £600,000. With the tender set to close on 16 June 2023 at 12pm, the contract will start on 12 July 2023 and end on 11 July 2025, and there will be two 12-month options to extend.

Finally, University of Bedfordshire requires a supplier for the printing of university prospectuses.

Worth £90,000, the tender is closing on 9 June 2023 at 12pm. The contract will start on 1 October 2023 and end on 30 September 2026.
