Konica Minolta targets new bizhub duo at high-end office market

Konica Minolta Business Solutions has given a UK launch to its two latest high-volume mono multifunctional printers - the bizhub 601 and the bizhub 751.

The machines are aimed at office and central reprographic department (CRD) environments producing black-and-white documents on substrates up to 200gsm.

They output at speeds of 60ppm and 75ppm respectively, and can handle media in sizes up to A3+.

In addition to a standard paper capacity of 3,500 sheets from the printers' four trays, the bizhub 601 and 751 models feature a range of finishing options that include saddlestitch, half-fold and post-inserting.

Wayne Snell, group product manager for Konica Minolta office products, said: "For high-volume mono print output in demanding office environments the new bizhub 601 and 751 are ideal."

He added: "In CRD use these bizhub systems will eat up work, making production of reports, training materials, manuals and other business documents fast and easy."
