Gary Knights is taking over from Wayne Romminger at the helm of Bezier Corporate Print in Poole.
Romminger will return to New Zealand in September after 15 years in the UK.
Knights joined the firm six months ago as sales and marketing director. Prior to that he was at Saatchi-owned TFG The Facilities Group, and before that Pillans & Wilson.
He will take over on 1 July, and there will be a three month handover period while Romminger finalises a number of special projects for the group.
"Im delighted, this is a great challenge for me," he said. "We are currently building the Bezier team and increasing the number of people in London and Poole. We are adopting a "beyond print" strategy to differentiate the company from everyone else, and that requires different types of people to expand our service offering to clients."
Romminger said he was "100% confident" in Knights", and added: "I had one thing left on my list of things to do before I was 40, and it was build a house. Once Ive done that, I might be back!"
Bezier Corporate Print has sales of 7.5m. It employs 80 and runs Heidelberg litho presses alongside a Xerox DocuColor 2060.
